1st summary- It's School's out for Rocky, Cece, Deuce, Flynn, and Ty. As their summer vacation begins they find out Gunter and Tinka would be joining them as well. So since their cell phones have no signal and there was nothing else to do, the gang played Truth or Dare. Rocky clearly states that "somebody always gets their feelings hurt." It starts out great... until Cece dares Rocky to jump in the lake. She does but lands on a broken glass bottle. The gang rush her to the hospital. Rocky is worried that the doctors can't fix her foot. Will Rocky ever dance again?
2nd summary- CeCe, Rocky, Flynn, Deuce and Ty head to Lake Whitehead for a week-long summer vacation. CeCe tries to get Rocky to enjoy her summer break, and during a game of truth or dare, Rocky jumps into the lake and winds up in the hospital with an injured foot, leaving the gang wondering if she'll ever be able to dance again. Meanwhile, Gunther and Tinka's family coincidentally rent a house next door and try to help Flynn overcome his fear of the Lake Monster
