Katy Perry Dazzles on First Post-Split Red Carpet

Katy Perry's 2012 got off to a rocky start when Russell Brand filed for divorce on December 30, but the spunky blue-haired singer isn't letting a little split get her down. She stunned Friday night in Las Vegas, on her first red carpet appearance since the break-up news broke.

She wore a beaded LBD and showed off her bright blue bob while posing on the arm of designer and dear friend Markus Molinari for the GiveLove charity auction. Perry reportedly chose to step out for the event because of Molinari. "I told her about the cause and she wanted to support it," he told Us Weekly. "We support each other and that's what friends do."

The charity aims "to provide temporary housing solutions and sanitation systems in earthquake-stricken Haiti" and other stars like Shenae Grimes, Mehcad Brooks, and Parisand Nicky Hilton came out for the event. The blonde Hilton complimented Perry on Twitter during the event. @KatyPerry looking gorgeous across the room. Love her hair & dress!" the socialite wrote to her 6 million followers.
