According to Gossip Cop, Josh Holly was busted in Nashville for possession of unauthorized credit card account numbers after the FBI seized his computer.
In the past, Holly has reportedly bragged about hacking into the “Party in the USA” singer’s Gmail account and stealing private photos of her.
As for his current situation, he has since been released from custody and there are no charges against Holly pertaining to Cyrus.
