Checking out of her posh overnight digs, Demi Lovato was spotted leaving her downtown Manhattan, New York hotel this afternoon.

Showing off her fierce fashion sense, the "Skyscraper" songstress dressed in a white collared top, black high-waisted trousers and leather pumps as she hit the sidewalks of the Big Apple.

Meanwhile, Demi's Tuesday release of her latest album "Unbroken" has pulled in an abundance of A-list praise, with stars like Ashley Tisdale, Kim Kardashian and Jojo showing the starlet major support via Twitter.
