Demi Lovato says that she left her hit Disney TV show Sonny With A Chance so that she could focus on her music career, and it sounds like all her hard work has paid off. Demi's first post-rehab single will come out ahead of schedule.
"Guess what.......... my single may be coming SOONER than you think....... :D" Demi tweeted on Wednesday.Disney has a knack for turning its teen stars into global franchises, and that means helping them launch a music career in addition to their TV show. Some of their star's probably wouldn't have had much musical success without a little help from Mickey Mouse (we're looking at you Selena Gomez), but Demi Lovato has always shown as much musical talent on the stage as she does on screen. Since leaving a rehab facility earlier this year, Demi has been focusing on her recovery and spending lots of time in the studio. She will most likely incorporate the lessons she's learned in her music, so you can expect lots of songs with positive themes like self confidence and starting over. We can't wait to hear the results!
